- Sessions run on Monday & Wednesday evenings starting Sept 20th & ending Nov 17th
- 18 total sessions
- Session 1: 9th & 10th Grade // 7:15 - 8:15 PM
- Session 2: 11th & 12th Grade // 8:15 - 9:15 PM
WHO:
Sessions are for STMA boys basketball players in 9th - 12th grade.
ABOUT:
The workouts will be hosted by Jared Berggren and the Catalyst Training staff.
Catalyst Training has worked with over 100 teams in the past 3 seasons and over 75 pros.
