These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Catalyst
Training website, webinars, Skool communities, consulting services,
and related communications, including SMS/text messaging. By using
our services or providing your contact information, you agree to
these Terms.
1. Services
Catalyst Training provides basketball player development content,
coaching webinars and clinics, Skool community access, bulk team
platform access, and 1-on-1 consulting services for coaches.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for Catalyst
programs, provide contact information, opt in to SMS communications,
or make a purchase through our services. By using our services, you
represent that you are at least 18 years old.
If you are a coach or parent registering on behalf of a program that
includes minors, you affirm that you are doing so in your capacity
as an authorized adult, and that no minor's personal contact
information (email or phone number) is being submitted through our
webinar registration, SMS opt-in, or application forms without
appropriate parental or guardian consent.
3. Registration and Communications
When you register for a webinar, apply for a program, or provide
your contact information, you agree that Catalyst may contact you
by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS/text message
regarding:
- Webinar and event reminders
- Program and offer updates
- Application status and follow-up
- Related Catalyst communications
4. SMS Terms
By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text
messages from Catalyst Training at the phone number provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply
HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required
to purchase any goods or services from Catalyst.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payments and Purchases
Bulk team platform purchases, paid Skool community subscriptions,
and consulting packages are subject to the pricing and terms
presented at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless
otherwise stated at the point of purchase.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use Catalyst's website, communities, and services
lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access
to any Catalyst systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Catalyst — including webinar content, video,
training frameworks, and written materials — is the property of
Catalyst Training and may not be reproduced or redistributed without
permission.
8. Disclaimer
Catalyst provides coaching and player development content for
informational and educational purposes. Results vary and are not
guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Training is not
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from your use of our services.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our
services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the
