CHARLIE BROBACK
CHIEF OF STAFF
ABOUT CHARLIE
Charlie Broback brings a rare combination of operational discipline and genuine relationship-first leadership to Catalyst Basketball Training. As Chief of Staff, Charlie oversees the full scope of the business — from day-to-day operations to long-term growth — while staying deeply connected to the coaches and players who make up the Catalyst community.

Before joining Catalyst, Charlie built a career leading client success and operations in the web design and SaaS space. He's run full client lifecycles from first conversation through launch and ongoing support, managed delivery systems and account relationships across a broad range of industries, and built the kind of operational infrastructure that lets small teams punch above their weight.

That background in systems, client accountability, and scaling operations translates directly into how Charlie runs things at Catalyst. He's not just managing processes — he's making sure every coach, player, and partner who comes into the program feels taken care of from day one.

Outside of the business side, Charlie's roots in sports run deep. He spent two years as a Sports Physical Therapist at LMH Health in Kansas, working in orthopedic and sports rehab, and completed a Sports Physical Therapy Residency at M Health Fairview in Minnesota— giving him a hands-on understanding of athlete performance and development that few in his role can claim.

Charlie is the person making sure Catalyst runs the way it's supposed to — so coaches can coach and players can develop.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
"I couldn't be more excited to have Charlie on the Catalyst team. The guy is unbelievably sharp — he sees the whole picture and knows exactly how to execute. Having someone like Charlie handling the operational side of this business frees us up to do what we do best: develop players and equip coaches.
With Charlie in this role, we're going to be able to reach and impact more coaches and players than ever before. This is a big deal for Catalyst."
