WHERE DO YOU TRAIN?
We run workouts primarily in the Eden Prairie/Chanhassen Area. We also hold workouts in Champlin from time to time.
In the Spring, Summer & Fall Justin DeGrood runs sessions in Mankato & St. Peter, MN.
Our small group training sessions are aimed for high school, college & professional players. If your player is younger than a freshman in high school please send us a message so we can determine if they are a good fit for our small group sessions.

PRIVATE SESSIONS?
Our preferred training method is small group training. We do this for a couple reasons. We believe that a small group setting provides the optimal training atmosphere. Players are able to learn from and compete against other players, increasing the intensity of the workout. Players get the same amount of reps as they would in a private setting, but with a much better flow to the workout.
We also run small group sessions to make sure that we are able to reach all of our clients each week. With an expanding client list it would be impossible to spend time with each client in a
1 on 1 setting each week!
DO YOU TRAIN BOYS & GIRLS TOGETHER ?
Yes! Our workouts are broken down based around skills, not gender. We train each of our players the same way we train all of our NBA & Overseas clients, regardless of gender.
We regularly have boys & girls players train together in the same group! We will never place someone in a competition situation that is uncomfortable or unsafe for them!
