Service Description

Workouts will be led by Jared Berggren and other members of the Catalyst Training staff. Catalyst is regarded as one of the top training organizations in the Midwest and is trusted by dozens of programs around the state. Players will receive detailed instruction on skills including ball handling, footwork, finishing around the rim, and perimeter scoring. Players will also have a chance to apply new skills and build their basketball IQ through live play small sided games.
